Job Summary:
We are seeking a Workshop Facilitator to design, organize, and lead workshops that empower government clients in AI adoption. You will create comprehensive workshop materials, engage participants through interactive sessions, and provide ongoing support to ensure that clients can fully utilize Fourth Industrial Systems’ AI platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Workshop Development: Design and develop engaging workshop materials tailored to the unique needs of government clients, including presentations, guides, and hands-on exercises.
• Facilitation: Lead workshops and training sessions to teach clients about AI adoption, data security, and compliance best practices.
• Program Management: Plan and coordinate workshop schedules to ensure optimal participation and resource allocation.
• Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from participants to measure the effectiveness of workshops and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to align workshop content with client requirements and Fourth Industrial Systems’ platforms.
• Continuous Improvement: Refine workshop content based on participant feedback and evolving AI trends to ensure ongoing relevance and value.
• Knowledge Sharing: Maintain a repository of workshop materials and guides for internal reference and participant follow-up.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Workshop Facilitator, Trainer, or in a similar client-facing role.
• Strong understanding of AI platforms, government compliance, and training methodologies.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to engage participants in interactive learning experiences.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and webinar tools.
