Job Summary:
We are seeking a Recruiter to identify, engage, and hire exceptional candidates for our growing team. You will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, from crafting job descriptions to interviewing candidates and onboarding new hires. Your strategic approach will help build a high-performing team that aligns with Fourth Industrial Systems’ mission and goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage potential candidates through various sourcing channels, including job boards, networking, and social media.
  • Job Descriptions: Work with hiring managers to write clear, compelling job descriptions that align with each role’s responsibilities and qualifications.
  • Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Interview Coordination: Organize and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a seamless interview process.
  • Candidate Experience: Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and constructive feedback.
  • Offer Management: Assist with salary negotiations and extend offers to successful candidates.
  • Onboarding: Coordinate onboarding processes, ensuring new hires are effectively integrated into the team and organization.
  • Employer Branding: Promote Fourth Industrial Systems’ employer brand by representing the company at career fairs and other networking events.
  • Reporting: Track recruitment metrics and generate reports on hiring progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in technology or government-focused environments.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, interview techniques, and talent sourcing channels.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions and projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
