Job Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to uphold the quality and consistency of our AI platforms and solutions. You will be responsible for creating and implementing QA processes, conducting testing, and ensuring that our products adhere to internal and external standards. Your work will be crucial in maintaining client trust and ensuring that our platforms meet the highest performance standards.

Responsibilities:

• QA Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies and test plans aligned with project requirements and organizational standards.
• Test Case Development: Create detailed test cases, scripts, and scenarios to verify the functionality, security, and performance of AI platforms.
• Manual & Automated Testing: Conduct both manual and automated testing to ensure end-to-end coverage of test cases.
• Defect Management: Identify, document, and report defects or issues found during testing, and work closely with development teams for resolution.
• Compliance Audits: Assist in compliance audits by verifying that platforms meet government data regulations and cybersecurity standards.
• Quality Metrics: Define and track key quality metrics to evaluate platform performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Continuous Improvement: Monitor and refine QA processes based on feedback, metrics, and project needs.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive QA documentation and provide regular reports on testing outcomes and improvement areas.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist, preferably in AI or government-focused environments.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing tools, and automation frameworks.
• Experience with data privacy regulations, cybersecurity protocols, and risk management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.
