Job Summary:
We are seeking an Onboarding Specialist to guide new government clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they are fully equipped to utilize our AI platforms effectively. You will serve as the main point of contact during implementation, provide training, and address any initial technical challenges. Your goal is to set up clients for long-term success while driving adoption of Fourth Industrial Systems’ platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they are fully trained on the AI platforms and can start utilizing them effectively.
  • Implementation Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop an implementation plan that aligns with their needs and strategic goals.
  • Training & Support: Provide hands-on training, workshops, and resources that empower clients to maximize the value of Fourth Industrial Systems’ platforms.
  • Technical Setup: Assist clients with the technical setup of the platforms, ensuring integration with existing systems and data sources.
  • Feedback Collection: Collect client feedback during onboarding and relay insights to internal teams to improve future onboarding processes.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive onboarding documentation and resources for internal and client use.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and resolution of initial technical challenges.
  • Client Handover: Facilitate the transition of clients to customer success and technical support teams for ongoing engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Onboarding Specialist or in a similar client-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of AI platforms and government compliance standards.
  • Exceptional communication, training, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues during onboarding.
  • Familiarity with help desk or customer support software is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a client-centric mindset.
