Job Summary:
We are looking for a driven Sales Representative to identify and nurture new business opportunities within government sectors. Your role will involve generating leads, engaging clients, and presenting AI solutions that address their unique challenges. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence while building trusted relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify potential clients within government sectors and generate qualified leads through networking, cold calling, and targeted email campaigns.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs, pain points, and requirements, and tailor solutions to address them.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling product presentations and demos that communicate the value of Fourth Industrial Systems’ AI platforms.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with engineering and product teams to design tailored solutions that align with client requirements.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a sales pipeline using CRM software, tracking lead progress and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Proposal Development: Create and deliver well-structured proposals and quotes, articulating solution benefits and compliance features.
  • Market Insights: Gather insights into market trends, competitive offerings, and client feedback to inform future product development.
  • Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports to management, highlighting progress, challenges, and potential opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in AI, data science, or government-focused technology solutions.
  • Strong understanding of government procurement processes and compliance standards is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
