Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of AI and technology projects. You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives. Your organizational skills, technical knowledge, and leadership will help us deliver innovative solutions to government clients.

Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans outlining scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risks.
• Team Management: Lead cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and productivity.
• Execution: Monitor progress, ensure timely execution of tasks, and maintain quality standards.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates, status reports, and managing expectations.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Budget Management: Track project costs, manage budgets, and ensure financial objectives are met.
• Process Improvement: Implement and refine Agile practices, standard operating procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, meeting minutes, and change logs.
• Post-Project Review: Conduct post-project analysis to identify successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Computer Science, or related field.
• PMP or relevant certification preferred.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in technology, preferably AI or data science.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Government or public sector experience is a plus.
