Job Summary:
We are seeking a Product Manager to guide the development and delivery of AI platforms and tools for our government clients. You will translate market requirements into technical specifications, oversee product roadmaps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products align with client needs. Your vision and leadership will ensure our platforms remain at the forefront of innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy: Develop and implement product strategies and roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market demands.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to inform product features and positioning.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to translate requirements into technical specifications and effective marketing strategies.
  • Feature Prioritization: Manage the prioritization of features, enhancements, and bug fixes to ensure maximum value and client satisfaction.
  • Product Development: Oversee the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with quality standards and government regulations.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with clients to gather feedback, understand requirements, and identify opportunities for product improvement.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user guides, technical specifications, and training materials.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and product analytics to assess product success and refine roadmaps.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in AI, data science, or related technology domains.
  • Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and data analytics solutions.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects.
  • Familiarity with government compliance and data security standards is a plus.
  • Strong analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
