Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge AI solutions for government projects. You will be responsible for developing machine learning models, building data pipelines, and integrating AI into scalable applications. Your technical expertise and creative problem-solving will contribute to our mission of delivering transformative solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Solution Development: Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and AI applications based on project requirements.
- Model Training & Evaluation: Train, fine-tune, and evaluate machine learning models using appropriate datasets to ensure high accuracy and reliability.
- Data Processing: Build and optimize data pipelines to preprocess data for training, testing, and validation.
- Integration & Deployment: Integrate machine learning models into applications and deploy them in scalable production environments.
- Algorithm Research: Stay current with the latest research in AI/ML algorithms, adapting and applying new techniques to ongoing projects.
- Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and other team members to deliver AI solutions that meet project goals.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of models, code, and processes, and report findings to stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor model performance, identify areas for improvement, and refine models to enhance performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.
- Experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Proficiency in working with structured and unstructured datasets.
- Familiarity with big data tools (Hadoop, Spark) and cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML algorithms and statistical analysis.
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective AI solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
