Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to oversee the onboarding, training, and support of government clients using our AI platforms. Your role will involve building strong client relationships, ensuring the successful adoption of our solutions, and identifying growth opportunities to maximize customer value.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding: Lead comprehensive onboarding programs to help clients effectively implement and use Fourth Industrial Systems’ AI platforms.
  • Training & Support: Conduct training sessions and workshops to empower clients to maximize the value of our Generative AI platforms.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and understand their needs to tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Issue Resolution: Provide proactive support to resolve client issues swiftly, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Growth Opportunities: Identify and recommend upsell and cross-sell opportunities to existing clients to enhance their platform usage.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback regularly to understand satisfaction levels and refine our offerings accordingly.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineering, sales, and product teams to address customer needs and align solutions with their strategic goals.
  • Reporting: Provide detailed reports on client satisfaction, platform usage, and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role, ideally in technology or government-focused industries.
  • Strong understanding of AI platforms and government compliance standards is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and customer success management tools.
