Job Summary:
We are seeking an Account Manager to cultivate and maintain client relationships while ensuring their success with our AI platforms. You will be responsible for onboarding, training, and providing ongoing support to clients in government sectors, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and ensuring consistent customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process to help clients understand and effectively use our AI solutions for their specific needs.
  • Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders to foster trust and maximize client satisfaction.
  • Solution Customization: Work with clients to identify challenges and tailor AI solutions to address their unique requirements.
  • Support & Troubleshooting: Serve as the primary point of contact for client support, helping resolve any issues quickly and effectively.
  • Upsell & Cross-Sell: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services to existing clients.
  • Renewals & Retention: Ensure high client retention rates by delivering continuous value and facilitating contract renewals.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather feedback on client experiences to identify areas for improvement and refine our service offerings.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on client satisfaction, service usage, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role, preferably in B2B sales or customer success in technology or government-focused industries.
  • Strong understanding of AI platforms and government data regulations is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and account management tools.
