Job Summary:
We are seeking an R&D Manager to oversee the research and development of new AI products and features. You will be responsible for leading R&D teams, managing projects, and ensuring the successful delivery of innovative AI platforms. Your strategic vision will help Fourth Industrial Systems remain at the forefront of AI innovation.

Responsibilities:

• R&D Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive R&D strategies that align with the company’s goals and government clients’ needs.
• Project Management: Oversee R&D projects from concept to implementation, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional R&D teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive productivity and creativity.
• Innovation & Prototyping: Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation to explore new AI technologies and develop product prototypes.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate client needs into technical specifications and R&D objectives.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify emerging AI trends and technologies that can be integrated into future solutions.
• Compliance & Security: Ensure that all R&D activities adhere to security protocols and government data regulations.
• Reporting & Documentation: Provide regular reports on R&D progress, project outcomes, and future recommendations while maintaining comprehensive documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an R&D Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, market trends, and government compliance standards.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and innovation frameworks.
