Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Software Developer to design, develop, and maintain applications for our AI-driven solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers to deliver software systems that empower our government clients. Your programming expertise and problem-solving skills will directly contribute to delivering reliable and secure software.

Responsibilities:

• Application Development: Design, code, and test software applications that align with government clients’ requirements and strategic goals.
• Code Optimization: Optimize code for performance and maintainability, following software engineering best practices.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and AI engineers, to integrate machine learning models into scalable software.
• Feature Development: Translate user stories and business requirements into functional software features.
• Debugging & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve software defects, ensuring applications perform as expected.
• Documentation: Document technical specifications, code, and procedures to maintain comprehensive software documentation.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay current with software development trends, continuously improving the quality and functionality of applications.
• Security & Compliance: Implement security measures and ensure software complies with government data regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in one or more languages (Python, Java, C++, etc.).
• Experience with web development frameworks (Django, Flask, etc.) or application platforms.
• Familiarity with software version control (Git) and development workflows.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and software designs.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and experience with security standards (NIST, ISO) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
