Job Summary:
We are seeking an HR Specialist to manage and optimize our human resources processes. You will oversee employee onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, and compliance with HR policies. Your expertise will help ensure that Fourth Industrial Systems Corporation remains an employer of choice while supporting business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the organization, and oversee offboarding procedures.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
  • Performance Management: Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems, including goal setting and performance reviews.
  • Training & Development: Coordinate training programs that enhance employee skills, productivity, and compliance.
  • Policy Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws, and assist in updating HR policies as needed.
  • HR Reporting: Maintain accurate employee records and generate reports on HR metrics like turnover, absenteeism, and engagement.
  • Employer Branding: Support employer branding initiatives that highlight Fourth Industrial Systems Corporation as an attractive workplace.
  • Talent Acquisition Support: Assist recruiters in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new talent.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality.
  • Familiarity with HR software and systems.
