Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and analytical Data Scientist to analyze complex datasets, build predictive models, and uncover actionable insights that align with our government clients’ strategic goals. Your expertise will help us develop advanced AI solutions that drive efficiency and innovation in government operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis: Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and outliers in structured and unstructured datasets.
  • Model Building: Develop, train, and validate predictive models, utilizing machine learning techniques to generate meaningful predictions and insights.
  • Feature Engineering: Transform raw data into effective features, ensuring optimal model performance.
  • Collaboration: Partner with AI engineers, software developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into data science solutions.
  • Algorithm Implementation: Implement and evaluate machine learning algorithms, adapting research to solve practical problems.
  • Data Pipeline Development: Assist in building data pipelines to automate data cleaning, transformation, and analysis.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation for models, data processes, and findings, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor model performance, refine models as necessary, and contribute to best practices for data science.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working with structured and unstructured datasets.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.
  • Proficiency with machine learning libraries like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau) and big data platforms (Spark, Hadoop).
  • Strong understanding of machine learning, statistics, and data analysis techniques.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
