Job Summary:
We are seeking a Digital Transformation Advisor to provide strategic guidance to government clients on adopting AI and other digital technologies as part of their digital transformation journey. You will assess their current systems, design a comprehensive digital strategy, and assist in implementing solutions that address their unique challenges while ensuring compliance and security.

Responsibilities:

• Digital Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients to develop a comprehensive digital transformation strategy that aligns with their goals and regulatory requirements.
• Current System Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ existing systems, workflows, and processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Solution Design: Design and recommend AI and digital solutions that align with the client’s transformation strategy, compliance needs, and security protocols.
• Change Management: Develop change management frameworks that help clients transition smoothly to new digital solutions while minimizing disruption.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders to understand their requirements and gain buy-in for the digital transformation process.
• Implementation Support: Assist clients in the implementation of new digital technologies, ensuring successful adoption and integration with existing systems.
• Training & Capacity Building: Organize training programs that empower clients to fully utilize and maintain the new digital systems.
• Reporting: Provide detailed reports that outline the digital transformation strategy, implementation progress, and post-implementation insights.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Digital Transformation Advisor or in a similar advisory role, preferably in AI or government-focused environments.
• Strong understanding of digital transformation frameworks, AI adoption, and change management practices.
• Relevant certifications like PMP, ITIL, or TOGAF are a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with data security standards, compliance frameworks, and government regulations.
